Items ordered and paid for will ship within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through USPS . After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2-5 business days for standard shipping. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Once the package has left Battle Born Grooming Co and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.
Shipping Rates for U.S Domestic Orders
- Standard Shipping USPS First Class Mail (3 - 7 business days*): $4.99
- Priority Mail Shipping (2 - 3 business days*): $7.99
Shipping Rates for Canadian Orders are determined by weight.
- Standard Shipping USPS First Class International Mail (12-14 days*): Averages $15 to $20 depending on Provence

HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION:
To ensure you receive your package by December 24th, please place your order by these dates before the 12pm PST cut off:
UNITED STATES - (excluding Hawaii & Alaska):Standard Shipping - December 18th before 12pm PST
Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.
Please keep in mind that what you pay online for your order does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.
Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid.
Orders placed internationally (outside the U.S), are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations. We cannot predict the costs of these fees, but they can range up to 30% of the total cost of goods. If customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Nor are we responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes; packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions; or any additional package delays.
After you receive package tracking, it is your responsibility to track the progress of the package, as you will not always be notified of customs holding your package. If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us.
